THE CONCRETE TRIFECTA WORKSHOP
Concrete Design School is the premiere source for learning techniques, processes, mix designs, and business practices that are applicable in the real world of upscale concrete design and fabrication. To that end, we are scheduling an ultra-rare trinity of trainers for a 6 day class - Brandon Gore, Dusty Baker, and Jon Schuler! This is the first time in 14 years that we’ve offered a workshop with all 3 trainers, and we don’t know if it will be another 14 years before their schedules align to do it again! We are calling this momentous week of training the ‘Concrete Trifecta’. In addition, we are offering special reduced EARLY BIRD pricing for folks that sign up before June 22!
Over the course of 6 days you will be engaged in the following 3 workshops:
This is the World Famous “often imitated but never duplicated” Fabric-Forming + GFRC Workshop! It is the absolute best all-around class for someone looking to get into the business of top-tier bespoke concrete countertops, sinks, tile, and furniture. No one has more experience in the teaching and implementation of Fabric-Forming and GFRC for these products. Add to that the wealth of business and marketing knowledge shared from someone that actually does what they teach… well, there isn’t a better impetus for a person wanting to go pro in concrete. Countless folks have attended only this class and have gone on to start flourishing concrete design and fabrication companies. If you want to innovate and not imitate, this is the workshop for you.
Rustic ‘stone like’ concrete countertops and sinks are an on-trend and timeless look if done well. That’s the caveat, most of the rustic concrete finishes being taught look good from 50’ away but at arms length they look muddled and messy. Dusty Baker developed and has been refining his signature technique for more than a decade. Internationally recognized as THE master of ‘luxury rustic’ concrete, Dusty will share with you how to handcraft concrete that isn’t trying to mimic stone, but rather is a perfectly imperfect finish that is on a level all its own. Many people have tried and failed to recreate the magic that is DustyCrete. Don’t waste your money on imposters, learn the real deal directly from the mastermind.
Textured, tactile surfaces are all the rage in expensive residential and commercial spaces. Jon Schuler, a widely respected concrete chemistry professional, has developed mix designs and troweling techniques that yield first-class concrete surfaces that can’t be achieved any other way. The looks that can be created are limitless, allowing each artisan to find their own signature style that defines them. This versatility can’t be overemphasized, if you want to have longterm success you have to offer things that no one else in your area offers. Jon will teach you how to find your voice and boost profit margins along the way.
Join us for 6 days of the worlds finest training offered by the innovators of the techniques being taught. Successful concrete business owners helping the next generation of thriving concrete business owners. The Concrete Trifecta - a sure bet to start, expand, or boost your concrete business.
